With just two ingredients - whipping cream and Nutella - you'll create a light, airy, and irresistibly creamy treat. Serve it as is or layer it with cookies for an elegant dessert. Quick to make and even quicker to disappear, this mousse is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth!
Store any leftover mousse in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Freezing is not recommended, as it may alter the texture.

Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup Nutella® hazelnut spread
Optional: chopped nuts, berries, 4 chocolate pralines
Method
Put a mixing bowl in the freezer for approximately 10 minutes to ensure it is thoroughly chilled.
Pour the heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl. Use a stand mixer or an electric hand mixer to whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Be cautious not to overwhip; the cream should be firm yet smooth.
Carefully fold the Nutella into the whipped cream. To do this, add the Nutella in small amounts, using a spatula to gently combine it with circular motions from the bottom to the top. This method helps preserve the mousse's airy texture.
Once fully combined, use a piping bag or a spatula to distribute the mousse into 4 small glasses.
Optional: Garnish with chopped nuts, berries, or pralines. You can serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
