Ingredients
1 can of cannellini beans (including the liquid)
Juice of half a lemon
Zest of one lemon
1 garlic clove
3 sprigs of fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled with fresh crudités or toasted bread.
