cannellini beans dip

If you love hummus, you’ll adore this Italian-inspired version made with creamy cannellini beans.

Creamy hummus garnished with parsley and olive oil in a beige bowl on a rustic wooden table, with breadsticks and a red-striped napkin nearby.

With a smooth texture and a bright, zesty flavor, this dip is a delicious Mediterranean alternative to traditional chickpea-based hummus. Fresh lemon, garlic, and parsley bring a light and refreshing taste, making it perfect for pairing with crisp crudités or spreading on toasted bread. Best of all, it comes together in minutes—just blend, chill, and enjoy!

It keeps well in the fridge for up to a week. Make a large batch and savor it throughout the week!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cannellini beans (including the liquid)

  • Juice of half a lemon
