Guess what?
I am currently writing my first cookbook: a collection of recipes from Molise, the region of my family and our heritage.

Molise is a region of Central Italy, bordering Abruzzo, Lazio, Campania and Puglia. It has a short coastal line on the Adriatic sea, where there is one main town called Termoli. This region of Italy is suprisingly unknown to Italians themselves, much less to foreign fans of Italian food and culture.

Molise is the last great unknown of Italy.

I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to study the traditional dishes of my family as I prepare pastas and succulent dishes, side by side with my nonna (and many of her friends). And I can’t wait to share these treasures with you.
